Airform terms of service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of airform.design (the "site"), run by Michael Nowak, trading as Airform, a sole trader based in Poland ("Airform", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the site.
2. Using the site
You can browse, read and share links to the site freely. Please don’t misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or get unauthorised access to it, and no automated copying of its content at scale.
3. Our work and content
The designs, videos, text and other content on the site belong to Airform or to our clients, who have let us show them. Client names and logos are trademarks of their owners and are shown to describe our work together.
You’re welcome to link to or quote short parts of our articles with credit. Anything beyond that needs our permission.
4. Information, prices and projects
Our articles and pages are general information, written in good faith. Prices and timelines mentioned on the site are typical ranges, not quotes or binding offers.
Every project is agreed separately, in writing, with its own scope, price and terms. Those project terms take priority over anything on this site.
5. Booking a call
The intro call is free and there’s no obligation. Bookings are handled by Cal.com, under its own terms. If you need to move or cancel a call, use the link in your confirmation email or write to us.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to and embeds services run by others (for example Cal.com, X and Instagram). We’re not responsible for their content or how they work.
7. Liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it’s provided "as is" and may occasionally change, be unavailable or contain mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law, and disputes go to the competent courts in Poland. If you’re a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions? Email mike@airform.design.
